This amazing trek is apt for anyone with average fitness. Passing through the spectacular blossomed rhododendron forests and 360 degree panoramic glance of western lined snow-covered mountains including the white Dhaulagiri massif (8168m), Annapurna South (7219m) and Machapuchere (6997m) from the view point of Poon Hill (3150m) makes it all unforgettable. You can experience the natural hot spring bathing to relax in Tatopani. You will enter the world’s deepest gorge along the Kali Gandaki river that flows down from the famous Tibetan Plateau comprised with many legends. Discover the fascinating and affluent villages throughout the trek. Savor the breathtaking views of the contrasting color of landscapes from tropical land to the valley of the Upper Mustang desert. Passing through several ancient villages of Khingar, Jharkot you arrive in Muktinath, the pilgrimage site for both Buddhist and Hindu which has a sacred source of water flowing with 108 fountains. There is a flammable gas coming out from these sacred sites that serves as the sacred fire (the four natural elements: earth, water, air and fire). Muktinath temple is dedicated to the Supreme God Vishnu, the Hindu deity and Jollo Mukhi Temple is for Buddhist.
